So we’ve been in lockdown since March…the restrictions are easing and it genuinely feels like the light at the end of the tunnel is in reaching distance. It’s been tough, hasn’t it? The anxiety, the homeschooling (!!), the lack of flour, the lack of seeing family and friends. There have been some positives, we’ve spent some amazing quality time with our families (the one’s we are living with), petrol is the cheapest I’ve seen it in years, the weather has been good and we’ve managed to play in the garden or do exercise outside most days.
Why is it a good time to get branding photo’s done then? Because people are returning to work, things are picking up again, perhaps you’ve got some new followers on your social media accounts, they love your products and money may be flowing a little more and they’re probably ready to buy. But they may not be able to see you or know you enough to make that purchase. Do you have a recent, non-selfie image as your profile picture. I’m hoping you’ll say no, but I think I already know the answer. And hair salons are opening this weekend so you can get your lockdown hair sorted out!
It’s the perfect time to re-introduce yourself to everyone and make an announcement about how you’re dealing with social distancing and keeping your business and clients safe during this time.
People will buy from someone they know, like and trust. Someone that they can see, or that they can see how the create what they create. It sounds silly, but believe me it’s true.
If you have doubts about getting in front of the camera, I know that it makes people nervous, you don’t know how to sit or what to do. That’s why I’m here. To help you, to make you feel at ease, to pose you and to help you enjoy having your portrait taken. If it’s something you’ve been thinking about but are unsure, why not get hold of me. We can have a short phone call where I can take you through the process and how these sessions work and you can make your mind up from there.
Look forward to hearing from you!
